Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Develop and implement strategies to generate and attract potential leads, creating a strong pipeline of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Market Research: Conduct research to identify new leads, emerging trends, and potential markets in the IT services industry.
Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans for target clients through research.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with campaign objectives.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed lead generation targets, contributing to overall business growth.
Must Have
Education: BBA/BBM or MBA in Sales and Marketing.
Skills: Willingness to learn sales and marketing tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in SaaS B2B sales or software product sales to B2B clients is a plus.
Work Ethic: Smart, proactive, able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience: Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or market research is an advantage but not required.
