There is nothing to like about this company. It is very toxic company i ahve ever worked

No work culture. No proper processes in the organisation. Continuous pressure with unrealistic expectations. Asks to work on weekends without giving OT payment or Compoff. Extended working hours almost everyday. Also all the good and positive comments which you see are all fake as the marketing team asks every employee to forcefully add good reviews.

i had applied through referral . Wegot invite for interview in office .there were 3 Rounds of interview process such as aptitude, technical, HR round. Then i got offer in 2 -3 days .Joining process was smooth and quick .on Joining day we were provided an company laptop . As fresher there is 4 month training process and trainer provided by company is well experienced trainer and trainer was well versed with technology . and also all seniors are cooperative and approchable for us , company have lot of extra curricular activities for teams and small celebrations

i had applied from social media and got a call for an interview in office.there are few rounds like apptitude, coding and hr round. then i got a response within 2 days and i was selected.As a fresher we are getting training for 4 months.trainer was too good with tech knowledge.work culture is also good

Near Thane station the only thing good about this company. you can learn from management and managers about how a person can shamelessly exploit employees. if ever want to see the worst human being looks like look at the owners and managers

continues hiring and firing is there in the company if you want to ruin your career you can join this company. management and managers in this company don't know how to handle the client and project and put pressure on the team to complete the project with giving them clear idea about the project I was in depression the period I work for this company .Too much micro-management - company owner wants to get in each and everything unnecessary They don't have any technical knowledge, but they still think they know everything. they fool freshers with 2 years of bond and outoff which 1 year is probation. Employees that are working in the company are the people how are good in licking management boot, good in doing office politics and freshers with bond. They give peject deadlines to clients. even if there are now resources for that project and put pressure on employees to complete the project with unrealistic deadlines.
