There is nothing to like about this company. It is very toxic company i ahve ever worked

No work culture. No proper processes in the organisation. Continuous pressure with unrealistic expectations. Asks to work on weekends without giving OT payment or Compoff. Extended working hours almost everyday. Also all the good and positive comments which you see are all fake as the marketing team asks every employee to forcefully add good reviews.

Interview process is online and HR team is connected throughout the process. Work from Home is best thing i have loved about v2stech. Office timing is Good and 5 days working . All services are provided to the employee such as accessories , they have unlimited coffee and toffees.

V2STech has provided me ample opportunities to learn and implement new technologies. Got good exposure to working with web development and design platforms. There is focus on learning and self-development through Saturday activities. Exposure to projects is also good through international projects. I have also been given chance to interact with international customers directly.
