Worst culture, no work life balance, no sick leave and don't get sick on friday or monday because they will cut ur money considering it as unplanned u have to plan that u are getting sick 🙂 If u take leave on Friday or monday ur salary will affect also they consider sat sunday as leaves

Decent work culture and working hours. not a lot of stress. Get to learn a lot of new things very friendly, casual and easy going worklife.

There was a bit o miscommunication between HR coordinator and HR executive during the hiring process. Could use a personal workspace with less distraction. Always have to shift from one place to another. Lots of team building exercises.

I have been working with V2STech for the past one year. I could say overall the company and the management are good. They try to follow and implement industry standards in every practice. I was assigned on a project almost immediately after joining. The joining process is also smooth and HR team was always in touch with me. Accessories like laptop etc were provided before my joining date. The work and personal life balance is also good. Interview process is online and HR team is connected throughout the process. Work from Home is best thing i have loved about v2stech. Office timing is Good and 5 days working . All services are provided to the employee such as accessories , they have unlimited coffee and toffees.
