There is no job security. There is only 30 men power for building maintenance. Al my staff is very Co operative for any conditions. But, There is all dicesion maker only building orner. So, I have no any chance for proove to myself. So, I want to change the job for better prospectus.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, But Growth is slow. There is work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to work 11-12 hours straight in the day as I have to attend client call in the evening & sometimes late in to night and Sunday. I have to receive appreciatIons mail from my client. Now I want to more responsibility then I proof myself and my betterment knowledge. I want to change for better prospectus.

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
