The work culture is awesome. Everyone in and out shop floor are very responsive. Team really works together to address the tasks.

Although one can expect up to 18% growth in salary, promotion or career jump usually takes 3 years even for a high performing individual.

Typically mid managers will be present on shop floor for atleast 10 hrs a day even when actual working hours is 8hrs. It is not forced, everyone shares common interest of achieving goals that what makes this highly motivated individuals.
