V-Guard - Quality Excellence Champion (15-25 yrs)

- Mentor and train key stakeholders in Quality Excellence principles and methodologies.

- Lead the Deming Award journey, ensuring that all processes are aligned with best-in-class business excellence practices.

- Lead the Quality Excellence initiative / continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing plants

- Drive the adoption of best practices and industry standards

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) wr.t.Process Excellence related to quality.

- Regularly analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and success stories.

- Identify potential quality risks in projects and implement proactive measures to address them

- Lead or support Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives.

- Ensure project processes incorporate quality tools like SIPOC, DMAIC, or Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

- Work closely with project managers, sponsors, and team members to align quality objectives with project timelines and budgets

- Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions on quality tools and methodologies.

- Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and quality ownership.

- Identify and reward teams and individuals for achieving quality milestones.

- Share success stories to motivate and inspire continuous improvement.

- Train project teams on using digital tools while emphasizing quality control practices.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).

- 18-20 years of experience in driving Quality Excellence and Business Excellence initiatives in manufacturing environments.

- Proven experience in Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred), Lean, and other continuous improvement tools.

- Deep understanding of quality management systems, auditing processes, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

- Strong experience in driving Business Excellence frameworks, including experience in Deming Award or similar awards/recognitions.
