Sr Engineer-Production

Role & responsibilities

• Take care of production in MS fabrication line /Enamel shop/ Outer body Shop(PPGI)
• Ability to work well under pressure, have strong leadership with problem solving skills.
• Throughout knowledge of Hydraulic press/ MIG Welding process / Glass powder coating
• Production order punching & Scrap management in SAP in all the fabrication shops
• Consumables & Spare management
• Manpower skill & enhancement.
• Handling all shift in charges as per shift plan.
• Co-ordinating with quality & maintenance for the smooth functioning of all shops.
• Coordinate with store for material issuance as per planning.
• Maintain all ISO/EHS Documents in all fabrication shops.
• Knowledge of 5S Improvement & and give training.
• Knowledge of awareness of the Environment, health & safety
• Maximise productivity of machinery and workers.
• Diagnose breakdowns and troubleshoot problems
• Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Knowledge of Work standards all in a continuous improvement "Kaizen-mode" • Strong project management skills for cost saving & productivity improvements.
