Work culture is not as good like MNC's. No free transport facility. Promotion is very slow because of too many designation like asst Engineer, Dy. Engineer, engineer, sr. Engineer than Chief Officer. A fresher will get promoted to a managerial rank after too many years. This seems like very slow professional growth in a individuals career.
