The company is well organised and readily adopts latest system and technology. The company market is oustanding, reliable, high quality product. Another plus point is companies top most management is really good man who always help the employees.

Dislikes

Working for late hour is not a problem the only top middle management does not work properly they play game

Work Details

I really like the work which we had establshed over there as a security head i changed the whole security system which was liked by top management

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
