There is only job security No one cares your personal life aapke pass apni personal life ke liye thoda sa time bhi nahi rahega har waqt sirf kam sirf kam subah 7 baje se leker rat ke 12 baje tak sirf kam bhot lamba working time hai

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
