It is a great experience working here as the management of the credit team is very helpful and any credit related issues are taken up immediately. Supervisory management is also very good.

Dislikes

The negative point here is that credit's appraisal is focused on the business achievement of the sales team, which is completely wrong, no matter how honestly the credit team completes its tasks on time, it doesn't make any difference to the management. It doesn't matter to the management whether only the business of sales has been achieved or the amount of credit manager's business has been achieved, the increment is done on that basis....Read More
