Very less work pressure for employees and flexible work hours. So you will feel better work-life balance.

Dislikes

Rules about hike and promotion will change every year. Salary structure is not accordance with designation so new joiners might get more package than existing employees. The offer is according to the demand.

About 1.5 years ago, there was an employee who was made to sit across my cube as he was leaving UST global. He said the reason for leaving the company is "people in UST global are not professional". Though I have been experiencing the same since the first month of joining, even before I heard from that cube mate, today I can say thesame with honesty as "people in UST global are cheap and not professional". Unless you are less than 5 years experience, UST global is no place for any experienced or seniors. People who have been in this company were groomed to disrespect and treat others with no dignity. You will hear from the ill-groomed project managers that they are counting every minute of your work and more surprisingly account managers will ask you to send messages wherever you are going. And if you defend such cheap mannerisms, they will turn the case against you with HR. And HRs in this company are so inexperienced and immature for not wanting to hear anything from you or reality....Read More
