If you are released from your account for which you were hired then getting other project is very difficult. It's more difficult then looking for opportunities outside. Although already company has evaluated you while hiring still you need prove yourself multiple times within organization.

Work culture is very worst. They don't think about your life. They only think about their money because they are getting 10 times pay what they are paying theirs employees. It's a service based company, So I can't say what I like most. Only good thing is if you have skill demanded in market, somehow you can get project if you move to bench.
