1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. It's all about the project you were get in. When I joined ust I get into a nice project. After my maternity leave when I rejoined I get into worst project . There was no value for our work . No work life balance. So from my opinion all our feedback comes based on our project .

Very bad company, no ethics, no work culture, everything is on words and paper. In this company most of the managers are not even having a degree all are diploma people. and they even don't know how to draft a mail properly , all are living there with help of chat gpt. I worked under a delivery head manager name jhon mathew, and he don't know anything properly what all this dirty line managers are doing, this line managers are mainly playing politics there . Mainly Ratheesh , Ramesh and Yoka this people are worst manager ever I saw in my , one of this manager dismissed once for an issue with girl there again now he joined back UST as manager there , by this everyone can understand the standard. This delivery manager try to cover everything there itself they don't even allow as to talk to HRs . And the work timeing everyone should be inside the lab 9 and not allowed to take a brake of 15 min if it's morethan 15 min they will put mail even if work is not there . This people will not give proper salary and they will loot from us in the name of inventories, they will assign inventories in our name and they will hide it after that . I have almost 16 Years of Experience,worked in 6 companies.This is the most unsecure company.Mostly there will be late night calls till 1AM or 2AM,I came considering Work Life Balance but almost zero work life balance.Even on leave,I have worked.If you are in Trivandrum,you can consider UST or else just leave it.
