Since i am at the client side, there is no interference of UST managers in my work.

None as such , challenges will be there in a new organisation but UST mostly follows the industry standards on all the things.

If you are released from your account for which you were hired then getting other project is very difficult. It's more difficult then looking for opportunities outside. Although already company has evaluated you while hiring still you need prove yourself multiple times within organization.
