1. The company offers good projects to work on, but the work-life balance is average at best.

1. The appraisal process at the company lacks structure and clarity. Managers are unaware of the proper procedures, and both managerial and HR teams fail to take responsibility, often deflecting issues onto each other. 2. Managers and higher-level personnel, such as delivery managers and their superiors, lack sufficient technical expertise. Instead of providing meaningful support or solutions, they push employees to work under the same ineffective approach. 3. Employee queries are often met with hypothetical answers, and even when mistakes are on the client’s end, these managers avoid addressing them, instead prolonging the issue unnecessarily. 4. The leadership displays a typical service-class mindset, prioritizing prolonged projects to secure financial benefits rather than efficient delivery. Employees are not offered any perks, and basic gestures like acknowledging birthdays or anniversaries are overlooked. 5. The company's IT support is inadequate, with the IT team often lacking the necessary knowledge to resolve operating system-level issues effectively. 6. Overall, there is a pervasive lack of motivation to come to the office, driven by poor leadership, insufficient support, and an unengaging work environment. 7. The company claims to promote openness and transparency, but in reality, there is significant micromanagement. Managers lack awareness of basic company processes, raising questions about their competence and leadership roles. 8. Somewhat work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Not trust on their policies, they can change anytime and its affected on employee's career. They were hire for full remote position last year and currently, they changed their policy like open hybrid or On-site mode. So what about those employee who joined for permanent Remote mode? So don't trust their policies.

Work culture is very worst. They don't think about your life. They only think about their money because they are getting 10 times pay what they are paying theirs employees. If you are from Chennai then it's golden opportunity to join this company. All heigher position acquired by Trivandrum Chennai office.

It's a service based company, So I can't say what I like most. Only good thing is if you have skill demanded in market, somehow you can get project if you move to bench.

They will put you anywhere without your concern they hired me as a java developer and was asking to do analysis learn python , do E2E testing, etc. and their operational office are sucks don't have enough space for 15 people to do lunch together

I have almost 16 Years of Experience,worked in 6 companies.This is the most unsecure company.Mostly there will be late night calls till 1AM or 2AM,I came considering Work Life Balance but almost zero work life balance.Even on leave,I have worked.If you are in Trivandrum,you can consider UST or else just leave it.

They just hire to fulfill the immediate position. If the project is suddenly rampped down, they force us to put papers. No other projects are available. It's like consulting company and contract based jobs. There are no long term projects here. If you looking for job security and planning to settle down for a longer periods, then this might not be a right place for you.
