If you are looking for a job security, this is not the place for you. Once a project is over employee are asked to resign without any prior notice, regardless of their skills or dedication. During the joining they will promise you for like every but at the end nothing matches. HR and the management offer no support, their role seems limited to hiring and firing without considering employees long term growth. There is no effort to retain talent or match skilled employee with new opportunities. The work culture is poor and the management is completely apathetic. 1. The company offers good projects to work on, but the work-life balance is average at best.
1. The appraisal process at the company lacks structure and clarity. Managers are unaware of the proper procedures, and both managerial and HR teams fail to take responsibility, often deflecting issues onto each other. 2. Managers and higher-level personnel, such as delivery managers and their superiors, lack sufficient technical expertise. Instead of providing meaningful support or solutions, they push employees to work under the same ineffective approach. 3. Employee queries are often met with hypothetical answers, and even when mistakes are on the client’s end, these managers avoid addressing them, instead prolonging the issue unnecessarily. 4. The leadership displays a typical service-class mindset, prioritizing prolonged projects to secure financial benefits rather than efficient delivery. Employees are not offered any perks, and basic gestures like acknowledging birthdays or anniversaries are overlooked. 5. The company's IT support is inadequate, with the IT team often lacking the necessary knowledge to resolve operating system-level issues effectively. 6. Overall, there is a pervasive lack of motivation to come to the office, driven by poor leadership, insufficient support, and an unengaging work environment. 7. The company claims to promote openness and transparency, but in reality, there is significant micromanagement. Managers lack awareness of basic company processes, raising questions about their competence and leadership roles. 8. The office lacks proper workspace, offers no games or fun activities to relieve work pressure, and does not provide snacks, contributing to a dull and unengaging environment. 9. Even basic gestures like providing a welcome kit are delayed for a year, making employees question the company’s culture and commitment to motivation. 10. The office environment is described as unwelcoming, akin to a graveyard, with a lack of proper infrastructure, including inadequate meeting rooms, insufficient parking space, and no formal company structure. Somewhat work life balance is good.
Not trust on their policies, they can change anytime and its affected on employee's career. They were hire for full remote position last year and currently, they changed their policy like open hybrid or On-site mode. So what about those employee who joined for permanent Remote mode? So don't trust their policies.

UST is like my second home. I have been part of this company for a long time and what makes me stay here is , the comfort I am getting while working.
Regarding salary hikes, it's is better compared to some other MNC s, but should be focusing on other benefits, festival bonuses etc.
