They have the best work culture where employees have enough freedom to execute their ideas, and management listens to all opinions. Rewards for hardwork is always there in terms of salary hike and promotions.

As they have multiple projects going on always, you have to put extra effort at times.

I have been working at Ushyaku.com full time (Less than a year). Here I am getting more exposure.Multiple teams are here all employees are very cooperative.I will highly appreciate the management team who set up the work culture where every employee can learn and exchange their knowledge.
