Work culture. In the name of ethics and culture they will play politics. Plus this company is female centric so avoid getting into. As you ll be thrown under the bus at any moment. Headless women rules the company and male on the name of leadership are spineless creatures. Avoid getting into this zero job security. Plus headless women rules here so no point of any learning’s.

They don't see hard working employee or the workmanship. Management wants or sees only drama..can't take opinion of all..any decisions taken by single person

compensation is decent but growth is too slow. Sometimes , i had to work 14-18 hrs a day as too many sudden changes.Job security is missing here.Work pressure is too much .work life balance is missed here
