Work life balance is there. No need to work for 9 hours straight. There is an option of wfh too.

Dislikes

Too much night shifts. Actually it's rotational. But the manager happens to put the same person in continuous night shifts. Taking leave is also an issue. We have to inform the manager a week before about the coming leave which is actually not possible every time. If any emergency happens, it's impossible to take leave. In such cases we have to ask somebody else to do our job. Finding a person for that is also very difficult if we have no time. There's no career growth and perks and benefits are very very poor....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
