Management is not good at allSalary is not given as much as promised, every time some deduction is made. Salary is given on variable basis, there is no fixed payment.They definitely talk about it being fixed but it doesn't happen. HR doesn't even attend calls at salary time.Whoever wants to join this company, I would say that they should work on third party payroll.But don't join this company. They call working day Monday as sturdy but they also make it happen on working Sunday. Timing will give offer of 8 pts in letter at 11 pm but will ask to work till 11 pm. 1. Company didn't think about the employees benefits. 2. Before joining the management didn't tell you KRA process. 3. Sunday you have to do work. 4. No proper management. 5. They will pressure you alot. 6. Which company give a new joiners 13 days of timing to do Sell of 4 software if he not pass certification. After 13 days u are failed to do 4 sales then you have to left the company

i have a very very bad expression after joining. too much work pressure. its almost hight leval everyday need SOFTWARE selling, every day manager taking follow-up again and again and asking where payment is when payment come i thought i had joined payment collection or sales very bad style to work.
