1. HR policies are worst , there is no any fixed HR policy that is changed according to situation of candidates. 2. HR don't care about employee's future . 3. Delayed appraisal and micro politics . 4. No WFH 5.never sign contract that's a trap. 6. Never sign bond if you are experienced 7. Never believe any verbal things always take everything in written.
