Lot of politics within organization. Employees are treated as bonded labors. And lack of communication among HR, higher management and staff. Any sudden policy that was implemented and not communicated. Lot of overtime that was mandatory.

Worked on phalcon projects, which were primary related to medical requirements. Was working as developer but have acted as team lead in few projects. It was a great learning experience with the type of projects that we were working.
