The internel politics are more in that bank . If the branch is in Karnataka then they will provide promotion or appraisal to there people only , other people can get the promotion but for that they have to know how to be a slave.

ESB team manager is very bad... don't be so nice with manager.. if u start saying YES or OK to everything then they stand on ur head...very partial, no supportive, very bad experience with this manager in ujjivan.
