I am very proudly to say I am working in ujjivan sfb. There are many things for learning, I am not know about mfi and banking but now I am know about many things for the ujjivan supporting and training.

Dislikes

Now here personal(internally) growth is stopped. The lot of more pressure than other bank. I am working with more than 8 years and from 5 years I am a crm.

Work Details

Generally I am a manager of MFI at kahalgaon branch(Bhagalpur dist) . I am handing of team of 15 staff and doing house verification of those customers are applied loan. Take more responsibility about all the branch working.
