Ugam Solutions is acquired by Merkle and then Merkle is acquired by Dentsu . Over here from past 2-3 years transition is happening and most of the projects are focused on AdTech and MarTech where there is no scope of improvement with respect to technical or soft skills. Leadership also has colonial mentality and don't respect to theemployees based in India. For them the primary clients are their US or Europe counterparts within Merkle organisation. Due to accusations there are problems in background verification process if employee is changing the company. All the documents which are required for verification are named on different company name only the name in government papers like PPF and TDS there is name of Ugam Solutions. Don't join this company where MarTech and AdTech projects are there as employees are on bench for more than 5 months and looking for project.
