I have been working in this company for 5 years, till now I have not faced any problem and made a very good career with Udaan, I have achieved my target from starting to top in the last 3 years.

The service of the central in the udaan company is very bad, the problem is not solved on time, due to which our business is badly affected.

1. No consistency in volume due to high reduction in Manpower/monthly. 2. Cost driven system with poor knowledge of warehousing. 3. Top management are not clear on their vision and build unwanted pressure to deliver the targets.
