Interview scheduled through a third party company(e2einfoware.com) on BarRaiser. First screening call and the interview in BarRaiser was related to frontend, BUT BUT BUT at the end of the interview, he(interviewer) showed me the job description and I could not stop laughing, it was nothing related to FE, it was all about training the LLM with the dataset. I get to work on interesting projects and because of the diversity at Turing. My growth in knowledge about different technical areas has significantly increased after working with Turing.

The client I am working with is just awesome. I got the exposure that I was always seeking. This is a place where you get recognition by showcasing your talent. In my 8 years of experience, this is the only place I feel that has the best work life balance(just the way I need), the exposure as already mentioned is great and the culture is just awesome.
