Interview scheduled through a third party company(e2einfoware.com) on BarRaiser. First screening call and the interview in BarRaiser was related to frontend, BUT BUT BUT at the end of the interview, he(interviewer) showed me the job description and I could not stop laughing, it was nothing related to FE, it was all about training the LLM with the dataset. Freedom to work around anywhere and anytime. Distribution and planning of work are very well mannered at Turing. Not bounded by fixed hours to remain present. I get to work on interesting projects and because of the diversity at Turing. My growth in knowledge about different technical areas has significantly increased after working with Turing.
