Definitely a place to work if you want constant anxiety and job insecurity.

While joining, they state that it is a 40 hours/ week job from Monday to Friday and they sign you up on one year contract. But, you frequently go through 'slow down' phases where you have no work, hence no pay for those days either. Some times, new tasks for the project are available on Friday, and they expect you to work during theweekends and fill your hours. They do not pressurise you to work, but they will question it later if we do not. Most of time, we end up working for 10 to 12 hours a day, but they pay is only for 8 hours a day. There is no job security even if you are a top performer. They make you do everything. They might promote you to the pod lead or team lead positions but there is no increase in pay. The pay is very low compared to all the companies offering similar roles. They say work hours are flexible but then there might not be any work when you are available so you will end up working when they want. Despite all your efforts and time, despite being a top performer or a lead, they will just put you on 'non-billable hours' and kick you out of the organisation on all platforms without telling us that we are kicked out....Read More

No job security. They can offboard you anytime without any reason. Short term projects that don't last even for 6 months. No promotions. No skill development. Remote work so no communication with co workers. Please don't join even at high salary as they can offboard you anytime. You will only regret.

Besides the flexible work hours, it was a horrible experience. Please save yourself the mental anguish and work somewhere else.

They will lead you on promising a project will continue and then suddenly send you an email at 3:00am telling you you're being fired. Despite being someone who's consistently done outstanding work evident by the TL's praises.
