- Handling more than enough projects at a time due to lack of resources makes you learn unrealistic and unachievable things, coz if you don't you will be out of the company soon without even an Experience Letter. - You get to learn a lot of skills to make yourself self-sufficient because you never know who leaves the company and their job responsibilities come over you.

Dislikes

- Having even a small conversation with the CEO is the worst experience possible and it leaves you traumatized for days. - No job security - No work life balance - Unrealistic timelines for delivery and if you don't you won't receive the next appraisal - Strict bond for 2 years coz they know if not for the bond no one would stay in the company for more than a month, even the interns know this

Worst experience I ever had in a company. I would recommend not to join this company even if you are jobless. The Managers are BULLIES the level of harassment is alarmingly high. What mad the situation even worse is that the owners, Hr department and the managers were all on the same page you cant even complain about it. You wont get your salary on time and by gods grace if you get your salary they will not share the salary slip if you ask them about the salary slip the answer will be that you will get your salary slip after one year which is pathetic they will not tell you this while giving you the offer letter. Next they will tell you that on every last Saturday of the month there is a kaizen day where social work is done but the fact is that they will make you work on that day and will not even pay for that extra day and if you don't attend there will be a loss of pay for that day....Read More
