1. Work environment : No one helps instead they demotivate you. 2.Work Pressure: They want you to work like a 3-yrs experienced guy even though you're a fresher. 3. Playing with imposter syndrome: They make you feel worthless and they make you doubt on yourself on your skills and accomplishments even through you accomplish your tasks. 4. Internal Politics: Seniors try to make you feel dumb so that they can feel confident and to save their jobs. 5. Timings: You have to work 14 hours a day.
