There is literally nothing to like avout this company. One of the worst place you could ever work at.

Dislikes

If you dont have friends, you don't have a life, you want to cut yourself from the outer world, and dont want anymore happiness and fun in your life, please join Tudip Technologies. I worked for this company for around 1 year and 9 months, there were few people only because of whom i was able to survive and they too have left the company. So I don't know if you join how are you going to survie. They try their best to make your life miserable, if you apply for sick leave here they will tell you that you should stop making lame excuses to not work even when you fall sick because of them forcing you to work for around 18-20 hrs a day. The work life balance here helps you to detached from your friends and family. (I was going to write help you to get rid of toxic as well as the important people in your life but i forgot you are working for Tudip Technologies which is kind of full of toxic people only). No matter how talented and good you are with your technology and work there are some people at higher level(S. Shah) (who reached there because or their personal relations with the CEO) , who dont know how to write the code and review the PR, they will judge you and tell everyone in the company that you dont know how to work. They prefer freshers over experienced people because freshers are more likely to stay quite and not raise their voice if something is going wrong with them in the company. If for some reason you raised your voice for something wrong, you will be rewarded with a more cruel behavior like your leaves will never be approved, you have to work on weekends, salary deduction and dont even talk about the mental torture. At last this company is best for the people who feel that they have seen the worst in their life or for the people who dont wanna live anymore....Read More

Work life was great because Tudip doesn't let you do anything except work. No fun no friends no enjoyment no learning just work.

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
