Management is not transparent at some places. Some senior plays politics, So it results in decrement of the company progress. Company needs some strict actions at some point in the management. Salary part is poor part as it always becomes late. Overall company has good opportunities toreach at the top of the stone buildings construction industry, but need proper management in HR, Finance & Marketing....Read More

Work Details

This Job is quite interesting for me because I am having a personal interest in my Job profile. Temple Architecture and it's construction is my favorite subject. Company provides all the facilities, we requested. So it's brighter sides of the company.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I like company's monotony in marbles but due to lack of communication in top management, ruin it's value

Lots of things: No Job roles are fixed Package varies person to person U can be fired at any time if your salary is above 50k Salary date is not fixed No HR rules are framed so ur salary can be deducted by many ways without intimation Completely LALA company Company is not safe for girls pls make sure before joining If you are not serious about your career then you can join this company...Read More
