Tristha global services is one of the best company I hv ever worked with. It’s a good growing company where we will be given with so much of opportunities to learn and grow along with the company. This is one of the company in which we can stay for a longer period of time.

Dislikes

Some projects are hectic and we need to Extend beyond the shift timings eg additional 3-4 hrs through out the project personally affects the work life balance esp for a married woman. But it happens in all the companies so this is not a very major issue.

Good work environment and supportive management during the pandemic situation. The management help me a lot during curfew time. Overall it’s highly recommended organisation.

Dislikes

They’ve given the recent hike and they haven’t reduced salary like other companies during the pandemic time. It’s highly appreciated one at this time.
