I have been working in Trinamix since last Six years and more. This number says a lot.I have seen Management are very supportive in terms of Personally/ professionally. People are very supportive here. As a company, it is growing very rapidly. We have client base at US, Europe, Middle East. I enjoy working here.

Dislikes

I personally feel that company is very good to work for. Managers are very co-operative. working hours are flexible, though it depends upon project to project. People are getting trained here. As a company, This is doing fine.

Ability to work in the latest developments in the ERP Space. Top management is easily accessible to every employee. Sharing of knowledge by the employees whenever any other project or team is facing issues

Dislikes

Work life balance is almost non existent this year due to the pandemic and work from home. Multiple changes in policies without prior discussion with employees.
