Employees are encouraged for upskilling and given access to Materials and Trainings for different Modules of Oracle. There is no cap on your growth and there are of ample opportunities for you to learn and grow. Flexible Timings - and it also provides Employees with Work from Home facility. Team Work - Cooperative and Supportive team. No Hierarchy -you can reach out to anyone including the Top Management - there is no communication gap. Politics free Work culture I like the Leave donation Policy, Employees can donate Leaves to other employees in case of emergency. Mostly useful in this Pandemic situation. Employee's Health is given first priority rest of the things come next (This cultivates quality of genuineness in the Employee and hence more productivity). I found that despite of this Pandemic, there are many hirings going on in the company allowing people to support their families - it never believes in layoffs. I have been working here since 2 years and as per me its an organization with full of learning and growing opportunities. Work - life balance is fine. The team we work here always believes in knowledge sharing and supporting each other. The management fairly recognizes the performance of the individuals and awards the rating, however I feel there is a room to improve on the monetary appraisals.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
