Work life balance. No micro management. Get to learn a lot through their online learning portal. They encourage you to take up certification on latest technology and are reimbursed.

Dislikes

Management need to focus on bidding good projects for longer duration. Management need to focus on expanding existing clients billing and look for new opportunities. If you are in good project then there are no issues if not then you may face difficulty. Hikes are average but better then other Indian IT services.
