I like the speed at which they work. They provide lot of opportunities for employees to learn and grow. Also, you do get appreciation for the work instantly which is really rare in most companies. Not to forget, the founders are very simple and humble people who interact with employees on a regular basis. Work life balance can be improved by brining in a policy to not schedule calls post 9 pm. This gives ample time for the employee to spend time with family, relax and take care of family chores.

1. Horrible Work life balance in most of the projects. Most of the clients treat Tredence's employees very badly. The company is aware of it but doesn't care. 2. Managers and Senior Managers can't even set project timelines properly. Most of the timelines are too-tight, unrealistic, employees are expected to work over and above their working hrs on a daily basis and also on the weekends if required. 3. Due to "client-first" approach Tredence don't give a damn about their employee's well-being. It is like "people come and people go" kind of approach here. 4. Most of the times colleagues won't be very helpful as they are also under a lot of stress. It is like "you are on your own" here, although they brag a lot about teamwork. 5. Higher Management treats the lower level employees as mere "scapegoats". When a project is executed successfully the seniors will come running to take the credit. But if anything goes wrong, the developers are to be blamed. 6. All kind of learning assignments will be given to you when client project starts. You are expected to sit and finish them on weekends. To top it off, there are Capstone projects at the end of these courses which are deliberately made tough. 7. When a project ends, one needs to sit on the bench and beg around for projects. 1. Worst HR department ever, unresponsive to any queries. 2. No proper training or Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions prior to project allocation. 3. The management is very poor, with no support from seniors, and a negative work culture as well as poor work-life balance. 4. Managers lacks Technical Knowledge.

Most of the manager are good, but mom technical. Company focuses on your learning with lots of learning programs, lots of activities are there. Higher level staff are mostly humble and polite.

Dislikes

Not very technical people, most of the managers & higher people are non technical (development). Appraisal is also poor.
