Dislikes

The Management has not regards for an individuals personal life. They dont care about work life balance or not even compensate the employee for working over the weekends. They will call you any time in the night and ask you to join a meeting. They dont know how to plan a project properly. They will say anything to appese the client and then dump everything on the team and ask them to deliver.

Projects are cloud based ones so will be working with latest technologies Some managers are really good they guide the employees Pay is okay with the market Bonus is not much Hikes are okay

Dislikes

Same disadvantages as its service based , so its all about client They make you work in projects out of your Technical knowledge to get the billables
