No Job Security, today you are there, tomorrow if Client seems to go, HR will call as tell you to leave. Their Sales doesn't seems to have clients in pipeline neither do I see the efforts. The company does not put you on bench, they directly kick you out.

Archer manager Dilpreet is the worst, ill-mannered manager I have worked with in my career till now. He made his own rules (tughlaqi farmaan) for the employees in the project and if someone misses something like applying for the leaves or filling of the time-sheet due to excess work load or some other problem. This self obsessed egoistic manager's ego gets hurt and he doesn't approve anything. If you are expecting us to work on weekends and stretch for the day as well then these small things could be done from your end as well.
