It's a great place to work at, considering we've all be working from Home from covid - 19 lockdown and the office hasn't opened for all of us yet.

Dislikes

If you do not have any growth expectations or if you hate getting any sort of appreciation for completing 2 years in the company, or if you dislike getting any recognition for being the top performer in your team for over 6 months and not getting any increments/appraisals even after completing 2 whole years.. This is a dream job for you.

Only thing I felt is that I was hired for jogeshwari loc and due to lockdown the jogeshwari branch has been closed now it will only be vashi which is too hectic to travel from mira road

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
