It's a company which has same work culture as Google, Amazon, Apple. Great Leave Encashment policy, Also you get 40 leaves per year. They often give a special Holiday for stress relief. Coming to Benefits TU has great benefits such as excellent insurance coverage, phone reimbursement, certification rewards program in which employee gets great cash rewards whenever they complete a certification along with fee reimbursement. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
