It's a company which has same work culture as Google, Amazon, Apple. Great Leave Encashment policy, Also you get 40 leaves per year. They often give a special Holiday for stress relief. Coming to Benefits TU has great benefits such as excellent insurance coverage, phone reimbursement, certification rewards program in which employee gets great cash rewards whenever they complete a certification along with fee reimbursement.
