They won't mind anything and everything until you adjust. They will hire you if you are low salaried.

Management is run by 3 guys who are addicted to girls and partying, one CEO and 2 directors. They don't understand human emotions. They have double standards and they don't practice what they preach. They dress up well, but inside out they are unprofessional. They party with girls from office and these girls literally command over everyone. This is the worst company ever in the events industry There is absolutely no job security, they hire incompetent resources just for looks and favors and if they don't adjust, they fire them at will. Men are the most vulnerable and loose job if they say anything right that hurts the ego of these 3 owners. The owners cannot take any criticism even if it's constructive. They are basically dictators and the employees are their subjects. Whoever shakes their heads for all their wrong doing can and will survive in this organization for a long time. If there is any positive reviews in Ambition Box it's all fake and written by the company management representatives. Don't ever ever ever even imagine joining this company. There is no policy or even a employee hand book, they create rules at their will and change the same at their will. There is no skill development programs. Those 3 guys are running behind women employees and money and whatever they earn spend it on those women and on parties. These guys will never ever grow. Their attrition rate is more than 95%. Employees disappear from this company just after a quick final management meeting. There is no concept of employee retention or maintain a healthy attrition rate. Thanks to their recruitment strategies HIRE AND FIRE. And the firing happens anywhere between 1 week to 3 months of these employees joining the company. There is no job security. They are still thinking about making money for themselves and do not think about the employees. they fired 50% employees all of sudden and told them that they will consider once situation i resolved and will give them priority if need people. for the ones they need they informed that they will do online webinars and for the previous month they will not pay for lock down and paid only 13 days salary. they later on after completing their first webinar successfully informed the people they will cut short on the salaries and also they will pay on pro-rata basis on the reduced salary as well for the days worked on the project....Read More

Owners are very greedy and inhuman they do not care for the employees and they hire and fire without any reason. lot of bias approach is displayed.do not pay commissions on time and just pay salary on time.cannot expect them to be of your help when needed. they just want people to slog for them with minimum expenses.

Events and conferences organiser. people have to work either for delegate sales where they have to invite people to attend the event or they have to work for sponsorship sales where they have to get the companies to sponsor the event.
