The company is run by three people - Aira, Rania and Fouzia who have no knowledge of what is going on. They give unrealistic expectations to the clients and then pressurize the employees to achieve them which in real world is not possible.Aira and the Founder Aashumi Mahajan and Rania and Niyoshi are same people. one person uses multiple names to fool the clients. The work culture is toxic, pay is bare minimum and the employees are over worked with no work life balance. The head of Retail Fouzia is rude to the interns and employees, shouts and uses bad language. You cannot learn anything working here , all you will gain is self doubt....Read More

There is absolutely not one single thing to like about this joke of a company.

Terrible superiors that will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat instead of teaching and guiding you. They will cut your already horribly low salary if they think you have not performed your work satisfactorily. They provide barely any holidays and even that they will cut if you take a sick leave without informing a day in advance, does that even make any sense? Do people plan and fall sick? If you do not reply to their emails and texts promptly they will keep calling you on the phone and then shout at you if you don't pick up the call immediately, so forget about lunch and going to the bathroom. Please, no matter how desperate you are for work, please do not join this company. There is nothing to be gained from working here.
