The very best part of working in thyssenkrupp is its timely salary,which of course is of great importance for any employee.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.May be this thing varies from site to site.Salary is decent but career growth is slow for contractual employees & all person have same basic irrespective of their total salary i.e. whatever amount they are getting in hand had nothing to do with this.Everyone have been given fixed basic.

Work Details

After working for 12 hrs a day there will be no more time for family.So it will be little difficult for married people to manage.
