What i have heard from old employees they do not terminate employees unless anyone has done any fraud.

Dislikes:

It all depend on your project coordinator and RCM. In my case my project coordinator is worst

It’s a wonderful organisation to work with. Engineering to its best. Great human value, work satisfaction and best of industry facilities. Employees enjoys work life balance. German culture, Good food, annual increments, flexible timing, sufficient leaves, 5 days working, 9 hours timing, monthly personal gate passes twice, hybrid working, Bus facility, timely salary, etc.

Dislikes:

Working here more then 14 years but didn’t see any serious negative issue as of now.
