Depending upon manager the facilities and amenities are available to your site.

No support from HO. Always supportive on talking with head office and management team where as they do not care for any kind of indeed. Even if you complain no one is there to listen. Salary distribution is not proper, e.g. if you have salary of 6 LPA and your new junior will get 7 LPA. Irrespective of experience and qualities, also relation are matter.

Earlier and current is not comparable. HR n admin is not transperant. People's salary is not as per structure atleast for me it's really not good comparable with existing and current market. Worst possible company culture,the leadership looks only at what benefits they are getting and are least bothered about ur development and training and growth.Would never recommend even for freshers as the learning is zero.

Shift working is not as we expect earlier. Its not possible to maintain work life balance here. Repetitive projects after year and year. Old management, Too many experience persons are working there for every shop, which ultimately not allow to next generation to grow. If you are not permanent employee, then salary is not upto mark.

Salary is below market standard. Poor increment. Most importantly it is no more a part of Thyssenkrupp Germany. Since indian stackhilders has acquired the entire stack. Hence it is become an Indian MNC.
