Overall a nice company, with good work culture. Growing revenues, good profitable organisation. Work life balance is very good.

Salary is below market standard. Poor increment. Most importantly it is no more a part of Thyssenkrupp Germany. Since indian stackhilders has acquired the entire stack. Hence it is become an Indian MNC.

It is one of the best company regarding job security. A company in which I would like to join when I am 50 and then retire from here. The policies are good, and with new leaders they are coming up with new policies.

Management do not work as a team as they look to blame for any mistakes rather than solving it together as a team. - If you work on a project, the entire responsibilities are on you.
