-Different challenging projects - Management thinks to improve their policies -Good food and travel support

-No care on employees work schedule - Need to extend a lot during pressure - All responsibilities are put on the end person. Management do not work as a team as they look to blame for any mistakes rather than solving it together as a team. - If you work on a project, the entire responsibilities are on you. You will not get any support.
