thyssenkrupp is german multinational heavy engineering giant with enrich technical capabilities. Work environment is conventional core company type with great work life balance.

Though it is a german multinational but organizational culture is typical old indian core company type. There is no innovation and career growth is too slow. Salary is bit low from market standard for younger generation employees.
